Whether you're training for a marathon or looking for the motivation to get off the couch and take up running, my programs are tailored to your individual needs and fitness level. 

After many years of running myself I have grown to absolutely love running and the benefits it provides. From starting out as a teenager just running to stay fit, to now running many marathons over many years, the journey has been very rewarding both physically and mentally. Having achieved my aim at running a sub 3 hour marathon in 2020, I realised that my knowledge and expertise could be used to help others to reach their own running potential. 

Run coaching programs for both athletes and amateur runners

In 2020 I started coaching my first athlete to achieve their running goals, and following the success of our training, I am now offering this service to everyone. Whether that be a couch to 5km runners or running a PB for a marathon. My programs are tailored to your individual needs and are specific for what ever fitness level you have. 


How it works

My training programs are created and adapted every four weeks and include a wide variety of sessions. In consultation with every client the programs will increase your overall fitness base while achieving great running goals along the way.  These programs require no face to face meeting and are all completely online.


Philosophy

Our individual programs are based around safely increasing your milage and minimising the likelihood of injuries.

Each and every program is designed around your lifestyle and your goals. The biggest issue when people start or want to start running is they do too much, too early and then get injured. Our programs are designed so that injuries are minimised. 

I will be in constant contact with you over every 4 week block and make sure you are on track with your times and goals.
